Enrollment

Red Clover Children’s Center strives to create an admissions and enrollment process that is equitable and accessible to families within Addison County and the greater community. Our admissions process does not operate on a first come, first served basis. Instead, we consider applications to ensure a balance in our classrooms and in our community. We want to make sure that all children and families have an opportunity to be considered for admission as we know that high quality child care and early education is a need for all. This will be an intentional and thoughtful process to remain true to our mission of greater contribution to our whole community. 

We want to make it clear that MiddUCC staff and members do not receive priority or special considerations for enrollment. Families associated with the church will be subject to the same admission and enrollment process as the greater community.

Placement

Red Clover Children’s Center has three classrooms serving children ages six weeks through three years. Children are placed in classes according to their ages/date of birth.  The following information breaks down the age ranges for each classroom.

Crickets: Infants under 1 come September 1st.

Honey Bees:  Young toddlers who have turned 1 before September 1st 

Fireflies: Toddlers who have turned 2 before September 1st

**Children must still be 2 before Sept 1st. Children who have turned 3 before September 1st are no longer eligible for enrollment with us as we are a Birth to 3 program. However, if a child turns 3 after September 1st, they are able to finish out the remainder of the year in our program before aging out.
